Hi guys. I am staying in Ardnamurchan from 13-19 July and am very keen to come across to Mull for a cycle or two.

Are there any regular rides that strangers can join?

I was planning on a Tobermory-Salen-Gruline-Fanmore-Tobermory loop. (Am a roadie but will have a mountain bike too!)

Any suggestions appreciated.

Route you are going to do wont disapoint. Do it anticlockwise for a hard workout. Clockwise for a harder one!
Guess by your dates you are planning your trip to Mull during the week? If so then unless anyone on holiday will be no one out and about. If you are about at weekend then may be able to meet up.
Call in at Cal Mac office in Tob an ask for Jim when you come over.

Check the wind strength and direction. If from south or east then anticlockwise gives the wind behind on the last leg up from Salen.How fit do you feel? Cycling on the mainland is a dawdle compared to Mull.
